Shipping policy
We do our best to process orders quickly and get them to you as soon as possible. All parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Poland.
Processing time
- Orders are prepared for dispatch within 3–4 working days, or up to 10 working days for handmade products that need to be made (where stated on the product page).
- Some products are first ordered from our suppliers to our warehouse and then shipped to you – this can add a few days.
- Digital files are sent to your email address immediately after purchase.
Poland
- InPost parcel locker – 12 zł
- InPost courier – 12 zł
- GLS courier – 21 zł
- Free delivery on orders from 150 zł (delivery within Poland only).
European Union
- We ship by DPD courier to 24 European Union countries.
- The delivery cost depends on the country and parcel weight, is charged in euro (EUR) and shown at checkout.
United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates
- Parcels are shipped from Poland by FedEx (International Connect Plus) via our international logistics partner (Swap).
- Prices are shown in pounds (GBP) or dirhams (AED) and include import duties and taxes – there is nothing to pay on delivery.
- United Kingdom: delivery £6.99 on orders under £40, £3.99 from £40 to £80, free from £80. Minimum order value: £25.
- United Arab Emirates: up to 3 kg – AED 100, 3–6 kg – AED 130.
- The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
Tracking and delivery issues
- Shipping status updates are sent to the email address you provide.
- If there is a delay or a problem with your order, we will contact you straight away to agree on next steps.
