Refund policy

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and return it – no reason needed. This applies to every country we ship to.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but if it comes back used, incomplete or without its original packaging, the refund will be reduced by the loss in its value.

To start a return, contact us at contact@butikrigtigemaend90.shop. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

The buyer pays the cost of sending the item back. If the item is damaged, faulty or you received the wrong product, we cover the return shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your statutory rights for faulty goods apply regardless of the 14-day return window.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns from outside the European Union (United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates)

  • The same 14-day return window applies (for UK customers, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations).

  • The buyer pays return shipping, unless the item is damaged, faulty or you received the wrong product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@butikrigtigemaend90.shop.
